Okay people. Answer this. How is this a bad painting?

Nothing is defined enough. The style is one that it needs to be defined.

However, if it was done in a style that didn't require precise brushwork, then yeah, it would be pretty good.

YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT BACK IN PRE-WWII GERMANY ART STANDARDS WERE DIFFERENT
